The Hindi version of Pushpa: The Rise – Part 1 has been like a bolt from the blue at the box office. After taking off on a slightly slow note on Friday last week, the business of the film has seen exponential growth. After an explosive weekend with Rs. 11.84 cr, the collections of Pushpa remained more or less steady on its first Monday.
Now, on Day 5 Pushpa: The Rise has managed to add a further Rs. 4.05 cr to its tally. Displaying terrific hold over the box office, the total collections of the film are currently pegged at Rs. 20.14 cr. With mass-dominated circuits proving to be unstoppable, it is likely that the business of Pushpa will continue to see growth over the coming day.
Proving previous estimates wrong and surpassing expectations, Pushpa: The Rise has seen an increase in the number of shows not just at single screens but multiplexes as well. Going by the current business trend Pushpa is likely to blow past the Rs. 30 cr mark by the end of its first week in theatres.
