Yash Raj Films’ Pathaan, directed by Siddharth Anand, is on a record-breaking run at the domestic and overseas box office. Starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham the film which saw a release across 8000 screens worldwide has been raking in the moolah after opening on a thunderous note. After crossing the Rs. 100 cr, Rs. 200 cr and Rs. 300 cr mark in record time, Pathaan has now crossed the Rs. 400 cr mark at the worldwide box office on its fourth day running.
Collecting Rs. 429 crore gross worldwide in just 4 days, Pathaan hit another Rs. 100 crore+ day on its 4th day, as it registered Rs. 53.25 crore nett in India (Hindi, All Dubbed versions), taking the India gross to Rs. 64 crore. The overseas gross on day 4 is at Rs. 52 crore, taking the total collection on its fourth day of release to Rs. 116 crore gross. With its fourth day collections Pathaan has emerged as one of the fastest films to cross the Rs. 400 cr mark at the worldwide box office, collecting a staggering Rs. 429 cr in 4 days.
Currently, Pathaan which is a part of Aditya Chopra’s ambitious spy universe is being celebrated across the nation. Still drawing in the audience across the board, trade estimates predict an even further increase in business on its fifth day running. In fact, advance estimates state that Pathaan could near the Rs. 500 cr mark at the worldwide box office by the end of its 5 day extended opening weekend.
