Salman Khan is back and like always, the superstar is set to spring in a pleasant surprise. The advances for his Eid 2023 release, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan has opened to a decent response across the national multiplex chains. As of Tuesday, at 4 pm, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan has sold approximately 10,000 tickets in PVR, Inox, and Cinepolis for the opening day alone.
The count will rise to approx. 14,000 tickets by end of the day, which is a decent result more so for a film with a title like Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan in multiplexes. The single screens are showing good initial excitement, and this has got to do with the Salman Khan factor. The initial trends are good and indicate a pre-Eid opening in the range of Rs. 15 to 20 crores.
The film is reasonably priced, a lot below the recent big films like Bholaa, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, and even Shehzada at some places. The advance booking is a lot better than the last mass film, the Ajay Devgn led Bholaa, and the film will fall in the range of Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar by end of Thursday. To note, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar was an urban film and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan will be closing in a similar rage despite being an out-and-out mass entertainer.
The film is a family entertainer, though the makers have tried to cut an action-packed trailer. If the family emotions work, the film will show good legs in the days to come by. All eyes are on Salman Khan this Eid with Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.
