It was an excellent Monday for Dhurandhar The Revenge as the collections continued to rage on. Even though this was a regular working day, the drop from Friday (Rs. 38 crores) was less than 50%. The collections stayed huge at Rs. 23 crores and that’s just unbelievable for 12th day of a film.
The Ranveer Singh starrer is continuing to find new audience base also for itself as those who had watched Dhurandhar on OTT are now also lining up to catch the second part in theatres first. That’s a real testimony of the kind of popularity that the film has gained firing last few months as a good segment of audiences is now not just willing to wait for its digital premiere and is happy to spend good money to check out this cinematic experience.
The film has now zoomed to Rs. 836 crores. Plus, the film has so much ammunition still left in it to score heavily with open weeks ahead as well. This means that it is set to go past the score of Dhurandhar (Rs. 896 crores), which currently holds the record of being the all-time highest grossing Hindi film.
