Cocktail 2 collected Rs. 1.77 crores on Tuesday, Day 12, showing a minor jump over its second Monday figure of Rs. 1.63 crores. However, the Tuesday growth needs to be viewed with caution, as the day usually benefits from BOGO offers and discounted ticket pricing. With this, the film’s 12-day total stands at Rs. 83.58 crores, and the big question now is whether it can make it to the Rs. 100 crore club.

The film had begun its box office journey on a strong note, collecting Rs. 13.10 crores on its opening day. It then grew to Rs. 16.40 crores on Saturday and Rs. 17.26 crores on Sunday, taking its opening weekend total to an impressive Rs. 46.76 crores.
In its second weekend, Cocktail 2 collected Rs. 3.58 crores on Friday, Rs. 4.36 crores on Saturday and Rs. 4.43 crores on Sunday. The second weekend total stood at Rs. 12.37 crores. While the absolute number is decent, the drop from the first weekend is quite steep. The first weekend had collected Rs. 46.76 crores, which means the second weekend retained only around 26% of the opening weekend business.
Going by the present trend, Cocktail 2 is expected to add around Rs. 2.65-2.90 crores over Wednesday and Thursday. This should take the film’s second week total to around Rs. 18.40-18.70 crores, and its overall total after two weeks to approximately Rs. 86.20-86.50 crores.
From here, the road to the Rs. 100 crore club is possible but not effortless. The film would need another Rs. 13.50-13.80 crores after Week 2 to hit the century mark. A third week in the range of Rs. 7-8.50 crores, followed by Rs. 4-6 crores from the fourth week onwards, can take the film to the Rs. 98-102 crore range.
At this point, the lifetime collection of Cocktail 2 is expected to settle around the Rs. 100 crore mark. If the film manages to hold decently in the third weekend and retains enough showcasing thereafter, it should enter the Rs. 100 crore club.
For now, Cocktail 2 is headed for a lifetime finish in the range of Rs. 98 crores to Rs. 102 crores
