The Irrfan Khan – Saba Qamar starrer Hindi Medium released a few days ago in the Chinese market. Since then the film has been on a roll at the China box office with collections witnessing record collections. In fact, the business of Hindi Medium on its first three days at the China box office has been higher than the previous released films Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Dangal that featured Salman Khan and Aamir Khan respectively. Now on its fourth day, the business of the film on Day 4 has remained stable managing to surpass the collections of Bajrangi Bhaijaan yet again.
Collecting USD 3.82 million [Rs. 24.79 cr] the fourth day business of Hindi Medium has managed to record collections higher than Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan that had collected USD 1.74 million [Rs. 11.31 cr], however, on its fourth day at the China box office Dangal had seen a growth in collections with USD 5.78 million [Rs. 37.23 cr.] coming in. Though the business of Hindi Medium does not manage to surpass the collections of Dangal, the overall collections of the film are now nearing the Rs. 130 cr mark.
Currently the total earning of Hindi Medium at the China box office is pegged at USD 19.58 million [Rs. 127.10 cr].
