The Ranbir Kapoor – Alia Bhatt starrer Brahmastra released yesterday to a good response from the audience. However, the Ayan Mukherji directorial received less than appreciative reviews from critics, but despite this the film seems to be holding. Now after a stellar opening, we hear that the business of Brahmastra has seen further growth on its second day running.
As per reports, Brahmastra has seen a 10% growth on its second day in theatres as compared to its first day. In fact, early estimates predict that the film could see approximately Rs. 40 cr. coming in on Day 2. With reports also stating that the film has seen an increase in advance ticket sales for its second day, business prospects of the film look good.
Going forward, Brahmastra which also features Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy with special appearances from Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, could see its collections growth even further. As per trade predictions, Brahmastra could see its collections hovering around the Rs. 100 cr. mark by the end of its first weekend.
