The Varun Dhawan – Alia Bhatt starrer Badrinath Ki Dulhania that has been having a stellar run at the domestic box office is enjoying a similar fate at the overseas box office as well. In fact the film that is directed by Shashank Khaitan has become the second highest overseas grosser of 2017.
While Badrinath Ki Dulhania has managed to collect $ 5.35 mil in the overseas market, the film has collected $ 1.38 million within the Middle East market itself at the close of the second weekend. But, since Badrinath Ki Dulhania that has been enjoying an unopposed run in theatres despite newer releases hitting screens has a bit of competition coming in from the Taapsee Pannu – Akshay Kumar starrer Naam Shabnam this week, the film is still expected to do good business over the coming weeks.
