Movie is brilliantly directed, and the twist at the end is the best. SRK has done his role as DON as DON brilliantly, you will understand why I said this when you watch it.  

being a huge srk fan and all, offcourse i absolutely loved it! and as much biased as i might sound…  

being a huge srk fan and all, offcourse i absolutely loved it! and as much biased as i might sound saying this, all you srk haters might actually like this movie! first off, i cant believe people are putting this movie off by comparing it to big b's original don movie. totally unfair! watch it for the following: 1) CINEMATOGRAPHY: by far the best i've seen in a hindi movie! honestly, if it wasnt for the songs(which were terrible by the way), this movie gets as close to the hollowood level movie as possible. if u watch this on dvd, u'll be missing more than half the fun. 2) STORY: there are more twists in this version of don than the original. its just that the story got dragged on a bit after the interval and it got boring at parts, but overall, you'd really have to hate srk to think this movie sucked. 3) ACTING: SRK was at his best playing the real don. i thought he was scarier than amitabh playing the real don. you have to see the movie till the end to realise that srk did extremely well playing vijay too. it was great to see srk not overact. the co stars were good too! 4)SPECIAL EFFECTS: u'd have to see it in theatre to see how good teh effects were. for the first time, i'd admit that the effects were flawless. no cheesy wire stunts that u see in krisshh and others. infact, i recently saw CRANKED in theatre where there is a similar jump off the plane scene and i could swear that you couldnt decide which one was better done! overall, a fun movie with some problems that you can ignore. i personally think it was too long and boring at times, but OVERALL, a must watch! srk fans just cant afford to miss this!

Don was the 'coolest' indian movie I have ever watched. Although I am a foreigner I have watched quite a bit of indian movies. I think SRK was excellent beyond belief and totally out did Amitabh from the original. Hats off to him for that and to indian cinema for this movie. The whole movie was just a treat and I just cannot imagine any actor standing up to SRK. Indians - be proud of that guy...he certainly has put you guys on the map and is a world class actor.Me and my all my non indian friends just love watching him! Well directed and executed - it's Don at it's best.

Farhan Akhtar has done a great job. DON lives to my expectations or must say above my expectations, the sequences shots in Paris and Malaysia are just mind blowing, eye catching action scenes, marvelous cinematography, breathtaking twists and completely make you silent when climax takes place. Perfect Climax! SRK is best as he has given something different and energetic performance, he fits in the role of Don, he has performed so well that I don’t think that anyone else could do justice to this role, Priyanka is too good in this movie, I must say best performance by her, looking hot and sexy in the movie, Boman Irani is too excellent, terrific performance, Arjun Rampal, Isha Koppikar is too good. Kareena Kapoor is also fine in short role. Om Puri is average. Songs are too good, well choreographed, especially 'Aaj Ki Raat' and 'Khaike Paan Banaraswala', unfortunately we are unable to have 'Yeh Mera Dil' song in Kuwait Cinemas, they have cut it off just because of some censor problem. And even Title song Main Hoon Don is also chopped off from the movie. (Bad Luck for us) On the whole, 'Don' is must watch movie, with great twists and action sequences.

I GIVE IT A 10 OUT OF 10 I LOVE SRK AND HE WAS AESOME!!!!!!!!!! SO WERE THE OTHER CHARACTERS....SO WHO EVER HAS NOT WATCHED IT GO AND SEE IT U WOULD NOT REGRET IT PROMISE......

Almost perfect. What SRK does on screen is simply magical. SRK and the makers of new Don have not tried to out do the original. They have in my view respected Amitabhji's original and not tried to do the same thing over. If I want anyone re-making Amitabh movies it would be only SRK because he himself considers Amitabh a role model and looks up to him a lot... Die hard SRK fans must see this movie because I haven't seen SRK like this since DA-DA-DAAR.. Ashok K.

DON is a good film and the music is superb whether it's the soundtrack or background score. And Shahrukh is good in the role of DON as well as Vijay. And the main thing is this DON is the real DON who looks good saying DON KO PAKADNA MUSHQIL HE NAHIN NAMUMKIN HAI. VFX are nice and editing is cool. Fights are also better than the other hindi films. Farhan has done a great job but i think he should consult Gulzar for writing the lyrics because there's nothing left in the JAVED saab's potli.

SRK worked very hard in this movie, not cried in this movie ... in this movie he is dangerous, intelligent, fast, smart, ...not lovable. Old Don was good ...Amitabh was best in that New Don is good too ....SRK is best in this

Hey Guys & Gals....I watched 'DON'...I don't have enough words 2 talk about it....The original DON (Amitabh One) was not half as interesting as this one...It is not a remake but adaptation, improvisation of the old one with a much better screenplay.....The stylish starting reminds you of a Mission Impossible film....Shah Rukh performs his role with perfection....Boman Irani was also brilliant....The locations used and the action sequences performed remind you of a Bond flick....I hated Farhan's last film but with this one he has won my heart....he should even make a sequel to it....In all a must watch....

Well the much awaited movies which was being said the Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan war, JAANEMAN & DON have atlast arrived. This is the review of DON. Well as a normal janta when i went for DON i had 2 questions in mind, namely: 1) Will it be able to match up to the standards of the Amitabh Bachchan starrer DON? 2) If even not compared to old DON is the movie even good if it wasnt considered as a remake? Well both the answers arent same. A.1.) NO A.2.) YES Well for those who have seen the old DON will not like the movie much as it fails to stand up to the standards of the old DON. From the whole movie only 1 thong was different. ITS ENDING. And i feel the ending leaves you SHOCKEDDD and trust me 4 dat u will be shocked in the ending. But for those who have not seen the old DON will sure like this movie as a TP movie but entertaining movie. Well Shan Rukh is AMAZING in his DON avataar. But unfortunately i cant say the same thing for his typical pan khanewala avtaar. he is pathetic in that. While for the actresses they hardly have any role in the movie. Isha Koppikar?? I dont know how she agreed for such a small role. For Kareena its fine because she was told as a SPECIAL APP. She was though ravishing. But couldnt match up to HELEN. And ofcourse Priyanka Chopra. She was a typical bollywood actress. She was just there for TP. But no doubts she was good enough in her role. But i remember her tellin shes done some awesomee stunts. I dint see anything as such. I felt that was just normal aerobics. Boman Irani was EXCELLENT. I feel hes one of the best talents of bollywood. Om puri was good. Arjun Rampal was good enough. I wanna make one thing clear it is a very good entertainer and good movie for those who havent seen the old DON. It is a good movie. But not for those who have seen the old DON. In short, its just a time pass movie. You wont be missin anyhting great if u miss it.
