Dirty Politics which is loosely based on the life of Bhanwari Devi is about an overly ambitious dancer Anokhi Devi, who can go to any lengths to fulfill her dreams of a political career. Dinanath, a lusty and corrupt politician has his eyes set on the sensuous Anokhi Devi. After... fulfilling his desires and promising her a successful political career, he fails to keep up his word, courtesy, the dreaded gangster Mukhtiar Singh. Dinanath who also promises Mukhtiar a seat in politics, decides to choose the don over Anokhi, leaving her agitated. Seeking vengeance against the ones who wronged her, Anokhi blackmails Dinanath with the MMS clips exposing her relationship with him. Yet another ambitious politician Dayal supports Anokhi Devi in her attempts to ruin Dinanth's career but later, switches sides in order to save his own aspirations. Does Anokhi Devi bow down to this shallow world of politics, will her supporters which include Naserruddin Shah be able to give her justice is what forms the rest of the film.
