I was expecting alot from this movie but it has disappointed to much, In dhoom2 sequences are shown properly, but this comic character Hritik is there so it must have sequences for him, because after geting more than 30 flops he only get hit with cartoons. it suits him better. Ash is looking to good & abhishek's role also not so good. overall its 100 % boring

dhoom 2 has to be one of the most cringing movies i have seen so far. and thank god john abraham did not appear in this sequel, by doing that he kept hes image he built in part 1. the opening scene of the movie kind of gathered how far fetch this movie is about to be. hrithik dodging bullets repetetively whilst surfing on the sand on the back of a train, his magnetic skills that he perfomed from car to car, just one or 2 to be named. readers please do not watch a movie on MR TARAN ADARSH's review because believe me that guy wouldnt know a good film if he tripped over one.taran adarsh said wow visual effects( if hes talking about hrithik doing far fetch flips and bursting out of a sewer like superman well then yeah must have been an absolutely fantastic journey for him.in a nutshell 5/5 for the cring factor

This is one of the pathetic movies of 2006. There is no story, no screenplay.....nothing...and not to forget a lot of loopholes. Action is good, but many flaws. The movie runs in the begining and dies even b4 interval. Very bad review by indiafm giving it 4.5.

Eh. That's all I have to say about that movie. It was good, but definitely didn't live up to the first. Then again, you can't do better than the first. Shrek 2 definitely was, but you're dealing with a completely different industry. So, the two guys are back in action once again. This time, they're after Mr. A (Hrithik Roshan), the thief who's trying to make his mark all over the world. His next attack, is Mumbai. To help ACP Dixit (Abhishek Bacchan) and his right-hand man Ali (Uday Chopra) is Shonali Bose (Bipasha Basu). She went to college with Jai, and is a rival for Sweety and a hopeful romance for Ali. After their attempt to catch Mr. A fails, they venture to Brazil, where Mr. A makes his next target in Brazil. Mind you, this is the first movie made in Brazil. There, Mr. A takes up his new partner, Sunehri (Aishwarya Rai). Small twist? Sunehri helps out the cops as a way to settle her debt to him. The movie in itself wasn't bad. Great action shots, and funny comments made by the loveable Ali and great dance moves were all in there -- just like the first movie. However, what was really missing in Dhoom 2 was the Dhoom itself. You have to admit, what made the first Dhoom the best was the use of motorcycles and the fast-paced action. That's what is lacking in the second movie -- until the end. Hrithik's use of high-tech inventions and roller blades makes the movie a little less fast-paced as the first one, and that's why I say it didn't live up to it's title's name. One thing I will say that was just great about the movie, was the makeup. The effects the make-up crew did on Hrithik's disguises were just awesome. Very well done. The actors did a great job. Abhishek as usual, was awesome. So was Uday in his portrayal of Ali. His funny quirks were what made his character most loveable. Bipasha did a good job in her first double-role, playing Shonali and her twin, Monali Bose. Hrithik, I feel, excelled in his role as Mr. A, as well as a dancer. His moves in Dhoom Again were awesome. A man with a body of rubber. Aishwarya was.. okay. I didn't think she portrayed her "street" style thief well. I think she was a little unconvincing as a thief -- too pretty? I felt. It was good overall, the ending I didn't like too much. What I found most odd was that there's a lawsuit being filed against the movie because the kissing scene -- which was really a minute long --was apparently "too obscene" for them. That's a little ironic, I feel, because they can take two grown ups having sex in Salaam Namaste, but they can't handle a little kiss? I would watch the movie, you should, for the songs and high-tech heists. Don't have any high expectations that it'll be better than Dhoom. But without comparison, it's good. Enjoy!

Dhoom is not as good as I thought it will be.Its a movie with something missing at evry point whether it be in terms of casting in terms of acting interms plot or anything you take. They managed with the content so badly or we can there was no content at all in the movie. All I didi in threater is sleeping or gossiping with friends while watching the movie. There is no chemistry between any of the character in the movie while a little exception in case of Hrithik and Ash bcause there was something between them at few scenes. It was not able to keep my interest in any of its scenes. considering it with DHOOM its nowhere. In Dhoom there was chemistry between every character which lacks here. While considering music Dhoom Again, is good crazy is also good. Rest is ok. Backgroud score is TOOOOOOOOOOO good These days,Movies like this are discoraging me to watch hindi movies.SO film makers be alert next time while making movies especially .... makers of DHOOM 2. Lets not talk of business I donot know why this movie is ............... . Ali's [Uday Chopra] and ACP Jai Dixit's [Abhishek Bachchan] are forcefully inserted int he movie movie donot need them. Aryan aka Mr. A [Hrithik Roshan]. A hi-tech international thief. A person using usless technies I donot know whether makers ever thought of the technical errors they are inserting in the movie. ACP Shonali Bose [Bipasha Basu], no use of this character same usless. Sunehri [Aishwarya Rai], a petty yet clever thief. Nothing for then overacting she did. Rio,Brazil is fantastic place. Lets talk of the first scene it was picturized in a very bad mannner the first series of events spoiled my mood. I waited for this movies a lot. One Bipasha was usless then why they took another one. The two best scenes of the movie are 1.the revolver sequence between Hrithik and Ash 2.the lip-to-lip kiss after these scenes the movie was impossible to deal with I was half sleepy.NO one can guess from where that helicopter appeared The dialogue between Hrithik and Ash espcially when they met first the sequence followed after that they talk all the usless thing they can talk about poor dialouges Please guys atleast wok outsomethign before showing some technical things. Ash is looking too good. And Bipasha was also looking hot at some places. Abhishek first of all learn acting if cannot please workout on your screen appearance. Movies is for entertainment donot fear us.

Dhoom the original was far better I walked in expecting the action we watched in the first and much to my disappointment and that of my friends it turned into another love story. Yes, Hrithik pulled off the disguises brilliantly and the man definitely looked good but come on could they not have come up with something better and as for the kiss there was no need for that the chemistry bet Hrithik and Ash was sizzling enough they did not need something like that. Hopefully if there even is a Dhoom 3 it will be far superior than Dhoom 2. A waste of good acting talent even Abishek's role he could of had so much more screen time it seemed as thought the focus was not on catching the thief but on the thief making out with the "girl" exactly like on of the previous reviews we watch Bollywood movies for a reason if we wanted Hollywood we would watch that. As for Bipasha here again they turned her into a ditz why could the her cop charcter have more screen time.... Very Disappointed
