Actor Mrunal Thakur has completed the dubbing process for her upcoming romantic comedy Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, marking a key step in the film’s post-production. The development brings the project closer to its theatrical release, scheduled for June 12, 2026.

Mrunal shared the update with fans through her Instagram Stories, offering a glimpse from the dubbing studio. Posting a picture featuring a microphone, she wrote, “It’s a dub wrap on #HJTIHH,” confirming that her work on the film’s audio recording has concluded.

 

Directed by David Dhawan, the film brings together a multi-starrer cast including Varun Dhawan, Mrunal Thakur, and Pooja Hegde. Positioned as a colourful romantic comedy, the project is expected to carry Dhawan’s signature blend of humour, romance, and fast-paced storytelling.

 

The completion of dubbing signals that the film is in its final stages of production. With principal photography already wrapped, the team is now focused on finishing touches ahead of release. Industry watchers note that such updates often indicate that promotional activities may begin soon.
