The Sukumar directorial has collected approx. Rs. 200 crores in India, whereas the international markets have scored approx. USD 8.25 Million (Rs. 70 crores), making it the biggest opening day business of all time in the history of Indian Cinema. Pushpa 2 has surpassed the previous record holder, Baahubali 2, and RRR, which collected around the Rs. 210 crore mark upon their release.

 

This is the biggest opening day of all time by a margin of 30 percent and the record of Pushpa 2 could remain unchallenged for a long time. With Pushpa 2: The Rule, Allu Arjun has cemented his status as a global superstar, marking the beginning of his era of dominance.

 

The film has created an all-time record at several places, the main market being North India, where it has scored Rs. 70 crores.
