China Box Office: Toilet – Ek Prem Katha collects USD 0.24 million on Day 10 in China; total collections at Rs. 94.69 cr

 

The Akshay Kumar – Bhumi Pednekar starrer Toilet - Ek Prem Katha released a little over a week ago in the Chinese market. The Shree Narayan Singh directorial which saw one of the widest releases for a Bollywood film in China opened on a good note. Now on Day 10 Toilet – Ek Prem Katha has managed to draw in a further USD 0.24 million [Rs. 1.63 cr]. But it isn’t just the collections of Toilet Hero at the China box office that have dropped considerably since its release, in fact the film which had occupied one of the top 4 slots since it release now finds itself ranked 8th on the daily highest grossers list in China. However, despite this the business of Toilet Hero at the China box office keeps inching closer to the Rs. 100 cr mark with current total collections of Toilet – Ek Prem Katha at the China box office pegged at USD 13.92 million [Rs. 94.69 cr].

 

AS of now, with newer releases dominating screens in China, the business of Toilet Hero is likely to dip even further. But predictions state that the film will manage to cross the Rs. 100 cr mark in the Chinese market.
