It is really Black times for Sanjay Leela Bhansali, after the state-run Maharashtra Film, Stage and Cultural Development Corporation slapped a 6 crore suit on Bhansali productions for causing damage to its studio at Film City during the shooting of Black.
It is art dealer Farida Hoosenwally that has accused Sanjay of not having returned 390 pieces of artifacts that he used in Black.
The art dealer says that besides the pieces, Sanjay also has to pay her the rent of the artifacts, which amounts up to Rs. 2 crore. About the artifacts, she says that Bhansali says that some were burnt in the fire that broke out while filming and some have been stolen.
Bhansali clarifies, saying that he has answered all her allegations earlier and doesn't want to pick up old issues.
Farida has written a complaint letter to Deputy Chief Minister R R Patil about this breach of trust.
