Controversies refuse to leave RGV's Sarkar alone. Even before the film was released it was engulfed in the controversy of its resemblance to a certain Mumbai based politician. It's been a week the film has released in UAE and a new controversy has been triggered off.
Many moviegoers in UAE found the character of the Olympic gold medalist in the movie, hired from Dubai to finish off the underworld don played by Bachchan, closely resembling international shooter Shaikh Ahmad Mohammad Hasher Al Maktoum.
Shaikh Ahmad is a member of Dubai's ruling family and is UAE's national hero after he won for the country its first gold medal in the men's double trap shooting event at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games.
Dubai's Information and Culture Ministry is contemplating any action only after watching the translated version of the movie for any objectionable scenes.
