Film premieres are back

The season of holding lavish premieres is back in vogue! Gala premieres were a regular practice in the 1970s and 1980s, but post 1990s, the practice of holding star-studded premieres slowed down considerably. But glamour n glitz goes hand in hand in Bollywood, right?
Three weeks ago, SRK hosted the premiere of PAHELI at Fame Adlabs, Andheri. A week later, RGV and K Sera Sera organized an extravagant premiere of SARKAR at Imax, Wadala. Last week, the DUS team took off to Pune for the premiere at E Square. Now, this week, it's the turn of MAINE PYAAR KYUN KIYA.
This David Dhawan-directed laughathon, starring Salman, Sush, Katrina and Sohail, will be premiered at a suburban multiplex of Mumbai. The cr? de la cr? of the industry are expected to grace the event. We'll keep you posted on the event for sure!
Earlier this year, the premieres of VAADA, KISNA [in Pune], SHABD, BLACK, PADMASHREE LALOO PRASAD YADAV [in Dubai - G.I.F.A.], KARAM, MUMBAI XPRESS, WAQT - THE RACE AGAINST TIME, MAIN AISA HI HOON, KYAA KOOL HAI HUM, NAZAR, PARINEETA [in Amsterdam - I.I.F.A.] and D saw the glitterati and chatterati of Bollywood assembling under one roof.
