'Waqt' maker with K. Sera Sera?

Have Vipul Amrutlal Shah and K. Sera Sera joined hands to produce films together? That's what is being said in hushed tones within the industry. “I did have a meeting with K. Sera Sera, but we're thinking of producing television software,” Vipul clarifies, “We aren't doing films together.”
Vipul is still undecided about his new project. “I've had offers from Kishore Lulla as well as Manmohan Shetty, but haven't thought of anything yet,” he states. That should put a stop to all speculation!
