‘Apaharan’ goes to Israel

APAHARAN has been invited for screening as the inaugural film on The Film Festival of India in Israel. The Embassy of India is organizing the Festival from January 5 to 18, 2006 in association with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Israel and the Cinamatheques at Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Haifa.
Eight Indian films representing different languages and aspects will be screened at the Festival. MANGAL PANDEY will be screened on January 7 and BEING CYRUS on January 8. Prakash Jha along with Ajay Devgan and Nana Patekar would be present during the inaugural ceremony.
