‘Zameen’ director on cloud nine

When it rains, it pours! After making his directorial debut with a moderate success, ZAMEEN [Ajay, Abhishek, Bipasha], director Rohit Shetty had to wait for quite some time before GOLMAAL [Ajay, Tusshar, Arshad, Sharman] happened. And now, even before GOLMAAL has hit the screens, Rohit has bagged not one or two, but three prestigious assignments.
The first project he signed was that of Shemaroo, which is being scripted by Neeraj Vora. The latest is, Ekta Kapoor has signed Rohit to direct a multi-starrer, an action film to be precise. Also, there’s a project with Sunny Deol in the offing; the details are currently being worked out.
“If you complete your scripts on time and plan the projects well in advance, I don’t see any reason why you can’t handle multiple projects at any given time,” Rohit reasons. True!
