Bhatts celebrate ‘Kalyug’ success

Success parties are rare these days. But the Bhatts -- Mahesh and Mukesh -- always make a point to throw a bash if their film hits the bull’s eye. Tuesday night [December 20] saw the brothers celebrating the success of their latest endeavor KALYUG at the rooftop of a Juhu hotel. Of course, the KALYUG team of director Mohit Suri and actors Emraan Hashmi, Kunal Khemu, Smilie and Deepal Shaw were the first to arrive, but it was Amrita Singh’s rare entry that actually got the TV crews falling over each other to get a byte from the elegant lady. Looking like a million bucks, Amrita was in a cheerful mood all through her brief stay at the party. “I am absolutely thrilled to be back,” she tells me.
The Bhatts have successfully launched a new number of new talents over the years and continuing with the tradition, their forthcoming ventures will also see a number of first-timers [directors, actors] making their big screen debut.
