After her stint at the IFFI, Goa, Amisha Patel inaugurated Mint, a fitness centre in Mumbai. The owner Sheetal Bijlani is a community nutritionist who has done her masters in Human Nutrition from the University of Sheffield, UK. Mint aims at providing an evenhanded approach to not just healthcare but also physical and mental well-being. We're sure Amisha is taking advantage of its benefits.
