It’s an ad world for Pradeep Sarkar

Pradeep Sarkar whose Parineeta struck a chord with the audience, was in Calcutta recently to shoot a commercial for Parachute. And it is quite a co-incidence that it happened to be the same date on which he had started Parineeta. There have been no changes in the team as well. The ad will feature southern actress Shriya Saran who was last seen in the Aftab Shivdasani starrer Shukriya.

Sarkar is also looking forward to Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s Eklavya for which he is the visual director. Shot extensively in Rajashthan, the film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Saif Ali Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Vidya Balan, Raima Sen and Sharmila Tagore in a special appearance.
