Akshay Kumar plays a cook in Family

Seems like its raining chefs in Bollywood! After R Madhavan in Ramji Londonwaley and Saif Ali Khan in Salaam Namaste, it’s Akshay Kumar who is now playing the chief cook in his upcoming film Family. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan who plays a mafia don. Akshay plays Bachchan’s elder son in the movie who doesn’t endorse his illegal ways and makes his own living as the head cook of a restaurant. Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, Family will release in around the last week of December.
So after Garam Masala, something hot seems to be cooking on Akshay’s plate.
