Producer Raju Patel passes away

Filmmaker Raju Patel passed away on Sunday at the age of 45 near Los Angeles. He was fighting with cancer since the past two years. Son-in-law of the late Indian actor Rajendra Kumar (father of Kumar Gaurav), Raju Patel can be best remembered as the producer of Kaante. But his better works have been in Hollywood where he produced films like Bachelor Party, Cyborg 2, The Jungle Book and The Adventures of Pinocchio. He also directed a horror film In the Shadow of Kilimanjaro a couple of decades back.
