Bhagyashree’s role in Raj Kanwar’s next

Bhagyashree, whose biggest claim to fame so far has been Rajshri’s Maine Pyaar Kiya will now make a comeback in Raj Kanwar’s next venture Hum Ko Deewana Kar Gaye. The film stars Akshay Kumar, Bipasha Basu and Katrina Kaif in lead roles. Akshay’s character in the film loves both the leading ladies. Bhagyashree who plays Akshay’s sister is a mediator of sorts. She tells Akshay to listen to his heart, which leads him to Katrina. Interestingly the film also stars Bhagyashree’s co-star from the first film – Salman Khan in a guest role.
Bhagyashree entered Bollywood with a bang with her first film Maine Pyaar Kiya, co starring Salman Khan. The film went on to become one of the biggest hits of all time. Post Maine Pyaar Kiya, she was seen in duds like Qaid Mein Hai Bulbul, Tyaagi,
Payal and Ghar Aya Mera Pardesi. She took a long hiatus from Bollywood around 1993 and was back in October 2001, with Hello Girls.
