Anu Malik’s daughter Anmol turns singer

Anu Malik’s daughter, Anmol has already made her entry into Bollywood. The 15-year old has recorded a song for J P Dutta’s Umrao Jaan. The song recorded at Krishna Studio, Jogeshwari, will be picturised on the young Aishwarya Rai in the movie. Richa Sharma will sing the same song which will be picturised on the adult Aishwarya Rai. What is surprising is that Anmol didn’t bag this opportunity because of her father. Anmol has composed 115 English songs and wants to release an international album at a later stage. Dutta heard her, humming one of these songs last year in England, and decided that he wanted her to sing for his film. The lyrics were given to her just two days before the recording. She rehearsed for two hours and her father gave her the green signal, saying that she was ready. Earlier, the young singer has sung a few lines in films like Badal and Biwi No. 1. Music is certainly in her genes!
