By IndiaFM News Bureau, September 28, 2005 - 05:31 IST

Imtiaz Barolia, proprietor of Zero gravity Pictures has filed a legal suit against Yash Raj Films and writer-director of Kabul Express, Kabir Khan. Barolia wants to bring the production, direction, financing and advertising of the film to a standstill if he is not the producer. Barolia is claiming the credit for the script of the film. However, Kabir Khan’s advocate Niranjan Pandit, rubbishes these claims and states that the film is based on Khan’s personal experience in Afghanistan as a journalist. The case will come up for hearing on September 29.
