Akbar Khan invited to make film on Queen Mother

A special screening of Akbar Khan’s TAJ MAHAL – AN ETERNAL LOVE STORY was held in London recently. Impressed with the film, the British Red Cross Society’s Queen Mother Memorial Fund has invited the film-maker to draw a proposal for a film about Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother, in her role as the last Empress of India.

Meanwhile, TAJ MAHAL – AN ETERNAL LOVE STORY is slated for release on October 28, with premiere shows being held in Mumbai, London and New York.
