Jackie Shroff and Lucky Ali [yes, the singer is signing films as an actor] will head the cast of a new film [not yet titled], produced by Sandip D. Shinde and directed by Navneet Baj Saini. The film was launched with mahurat on September 14 at a Ganpati pandaal in Lalbaug, Mumbai.
