Preeti Jaiin’s comeback on the front page

Remember Preeti Jaiin’s sad saga when she accused director Madhur Bhandarkar of raping her 16 times? Well, she’s back in the news again but this time at the receiving end. Apparently she hired Arun Gawli’s (a former underworld leader and now a member of the Maharashtra state assembly) aide to eliminate Bhandarkar by paying him Rs. 70000. Mumbai police had detained Preeti on Saturday for questioning. But have not arrested her.
