Rakesh Roshan ties up with STAR for Krrish

Krrish is in the news once again. This time it is for a deal between the Filmkraft Productions (India) Pvt. Ltd and STAR, exclusively for Krrish. As part of this deal, Hrithik Roshan will perform exclusively for various shows on the STAR network. It also includes global satellite distribution for the movie, in movie placement, premieres of the movie in India and international markets and promotional rights.
Slated for a June/July 2006 release, Krrish, is one of the most eagerly awaited films. Sameer Nair, Chief Operating Officer, STAR India, is looking forward to this association in order to provide quality entertainment to the viewers. Even Hrithik Roshan is elated because of this recent development. He stated that it would be a great opportunity for him to reach millions of viewers, instantly.
Just recently, T-Series acquired the audio rights of Krrish while Yash Raj Films and UTV had taken over the domestic and international distribution rights of the film.
