Salaam Namaste director’s next with Yashraj

While his directorial debut Salaam Namaste is pulling audiences to the cinema halls, director Siddharth Raj Anand has already bagged his next assignment. It with the Chopra’s again. His next untitled film will again star Saif Ali Khan.
Not many might be aware that Siddharth comes from a film background. He is the nephew of actor-director Tinnu Anand while his father had produced the super hit Amitabh starrer Shehenshah. Siddharth earlier assisted directors Rahul Rawail and Kunal Kohli.
Meanwhile the Chopras are roping in new directors for their productions and repeating them as well. Sanjay Gandhvi and Kunal Kohli directed Dhoom and Hum Tum despite their first films with the Yashraj banner (Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai and Mujhse Dosti Karoge) not faring too well. While Gadhavi is directing the sequel to Dhoom, Kunal is busy with the pre-production of the Aamir-Kajol starrer Fanaah. Siddharth too is fortunate enough to be repeated by the Chopras.
