Asha to tell her life’s story

Asha Bhonsle fans have something to look forward to. The evergreen singer now plans to reveal her life story in her autobiography. She believes that no one will be a better choice to write the book, than herself. Tentatively, the project will take around 2 years to complete. She had considered writing the book in Marathi but as of now, she has decided to write the book in Hindi.
Daughter of Master Dinanath, Asha was born on September 8, 1933. After the demise of her father, she came to Mumbai from Kolhapur. She started her career at the tender age of 10 and sang for the Marathi film Majha Baal. And the rest, as we all know is history.
