Ramaiya Vastavaiya in Chingaari

Recently, reports were doing the rounds that the evergreen classic song 'Ramaiya Vastavaiya' from Rak Kapoor's Shree 420 is a part of the soon to be released Chingaari. Kalpana Lajmi confirmed this bit of information. However, contrary to reports, the song will be shot only in color and not in black and white. The film maker has officially purchased the rights for the song from HMV Saragema. Lata Mangeshkar and Mohammed Rafi have sung the original song. Lajmi says that the song will be presented in it's original format.
The promos might have a tinge of black and white. The song in question will be picturised on Sushmita Sen, Anuj Sawhney and other character actors.
