Vidya replaces Ash in Big B’s film?

Aishwarya Rai may not feature in A.B. Corporation Ltd. and Spice Team Entertainment’s joint venture, to be directed by Sharbani Deodhar. Reason: Date problems. “Aishwarya is keen to do the film, but is already committed to a number of projects. Since we are looking at completing the shooting at one go, it would be difficult for Ash to accommodate our film,” both Sharbani and Ragini [Spice Team] inform me.
There’s talk that the producers have approached Vidya Balan [PARINEETA] to step in as Ash’s replacement. “We’ve short-listed a few names, including Vidya, but no one in particular has been finalized,” Sharbani enlightens. Bhawani Iyer [BLACK, MAIN AISA HI HOON] is scripting the venture.
Earlier, Ragini had enlightened us about the film: Vinod and Jaya aren’t paired opposite each other, both are married to someone else. Also, it was Big B’s suggestion that the makers cast another actor opposite Jaya. That’s how they zeroed on Vinod Khanna for the role in question.
