Vidya lends her voice to Sharbani

Vidya Balan is proving her versatility as an actress. Her performance was appreciated in Parineeta. She managed to standout among seasoned actors like Sanjay Dutt and Saif Ali Khan. Now she has also dubbed for actress Sharbani Mukherjee in Manisha Dwivedi's Sankaal –The Latch. The film will be premiered at for the Lensight Film Festival organized by Film and Television Institute of India, recently. Sankaal is a painful story of a man coming to terms with the fact that his father is also his lover. It stars Rameshwari, Benjamin Gilani and Aamir Bashir.
Post Parineeta, Vidya will be seen in Yagna and Munnabhai Meets Mahatma. Both are Vidhu Vinod Chopra productions.
