Karisma’s husband takes her to court

It’s now known to all that Karisma Kapoor’s marriage had gone sour in the recent past after the delivery of her daughter Samaira. And now husband Sanjay Kapur has brought that out in open. Sanjay has filed a case in the Delhi high court seeking to prevent Karisma to take her daughter out of country without his consent.
Sanjay claimed that the passport of their five-month-old daughter was made illegally. As per the law both parents of a minor child have to submit an affidavit to procure a passport. But Sanjay was never informed about the passport and it was illegally made by the RPO Mumbai without his approval. The court has issued a notice to Karisma and also the RPO asking them to reply by August 12.
Although the issue has just initiated with Samaira’s overseas travel, sources close to the Kapur family say that this may subsequently lead to the battle on the custody of child.
