Akshay Kumar in a devotional music video?

Item numbers, disco tracks, love songs Akshay Kumar has done them all. This time he’s all set to do a music video. But devoid of the conventional latka-jhatkas! That’s because this is a devotional music video. At least that’s what we hear. This one is to be directed by Ajay Kapoor for T-Series who perhaps have the largest range of devotional compositions in the country. Stay tuned and we will disclose the details.
Akshay Kumar’s closest encounter with a devotional number was in movies like Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi and Arzoo where he crooned numbers like Maa Sherawaliye and Jai Mata Di. More recently he performed a ‘tandaav dance’ in Vipul Shah’s Waqt.
