By IndiaFM News Bureau, August 2, 2005 - 06:02 IST
Who’s the evergreen Bollywood personality with a never-say-die attitude? Unarguably Dev Anand. The 80 plus actor has been acting and directing movies endlessly irrespective of their box-office performance. And now he is all set to pen his autobiography. The actor will start work on his book after releasing his latest film Mr. Prime Minister starring Boman Irani and Tara Sharma along with himself in October.
The autobiography will highlight Dev Anand’s life story starting from his arrival to Mumbai in 1943 from Lahore in Pakistan, his journey as an actor and the director and other less known facts about himself. The book will also, in parallel, talk about India’s conversion from a British colony to a sovereign republic through Dev saab’s eyes.
