I am really kicked about playing the role of a gangster called Naseer. I am kicked about it because no one in Hindi cinema has ever done a role like this, except for, maybe Seema Biswas in Bandit Queen which was rough and tough. I've never done anything like this before in the South too. When RGV gave me a briefing, I wanted to experiment with it and think like how a man would for this role.

Department is my first Bollywood movie. Ram Gopal Varma had picked up a DVD of my last Tamil movie. He got impressed, called me and I gave an audition that landed me this movie. It's a very challenging role because it's a role no less to a man. It's a hard hitting role and menacing.

"I am a huge horror movie buff but my favourite RGV movie is Rangeela"
My favourite Ram Gopal Varma movie is Rangeela because I loved the way he showed and captured Urmila's beauty. My other RGV favourite is Kshana Kshanam with Sridevi and Venkatesh. I am a huge horror movie buff and Bhoot, Kaun and Phoonk are my favourites. Yes, I have signed a horror movie in 3D with Ram Gopal Varma. Apart from these, I've really enjoyed Delhi Belly and Not A Love Story.
