The makers of Tu Hai Meri Kiran, starring Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal, have released ‘Humsafar’, the first song from the upcoming thriller. Sung by Vishal Mishra and composed by Ritik Chouhan, the track brings an emotional dimension to the film, offering a glimpse into the connection between the lead characters while hinting at the complexities underlying their relationship.
Featuring Sonakshi and Zaheer, ‘Humsafar’ explores the softer side of the characters in a narrative otherwise driven by mystery and suspense. With its heartfelt melody and intimate visuals, the song provides a preview of the emotions shaping their journey, adding another layer to the film ahead of its theatrical release on October 23, 2026.
Speaking about the track, Sonakshi Sinha said, “‘Humsafar’ brings out a very emotional side of the film. It gives audiences a glimpse of the connection between the characters and the feelings that shape their journey. What makes the film interesting is that there is always more beneath the surface, and the song captures that contrast beautifully.”
Zaheer Iqbal also spoke about the song’s emotional tone, adding, “‘Humsafar’ has a very special feel to it. It brings out the softer emotions and the connection between the characters, while the larger story has its own layers of mystery and suspense.”
On the musical front, ‘Humsafar’ features lyrics by Paras Mehta and Ritik Chouhan. Kandarpa Kalita has produced the music and also played the guitar, with Bitupon Boruah serving as associate producer. Abhishek Khandelwal mixed and mastered the track at YRF Studio, while Kumar Gaurav Singh served as music supervisor.
Written and directed by Karan Rawal, Tu Hai Meri Kiran is produced by Vishal Rana under the banner of Echelon Productions. The film stars Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal and explores the complicated side of one-sided feelings, obsession and their consequences, with mystery and suspense at the centre of its narrative.
With ‘‘Humsafar’ now available, the song offers audiences an early look at the emotional undercurrents of the thriller before it arrives in cinemas on October 23, 2026.
