Not too long ago, Akshay Kumar had shared his excitement of reuniting with Kareena Kapoor Khan on the big screen. The actor was excited to do so after their last outing Kambakht Ishqq. While the actress did a special appearance as his wife in Gabbar Is Back, they are all set to play husband and wife yet again but this time as leads in Good News. The Dharma Productions film also features Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani.
Readers would be aware that the actors have already started shooting for Good News and it seems that recently they were on celebratory mode. Kareena Kapoor Khan was all super excited after she wrapped up one of the songs from the film. Although there are no details on the same, we got a glimpse of the post pack-up scenes. Not only did we see the happy actress spending time with her team but we also saw her all set to binge on two yummylicious cake.
A picture of the same was posted by one of her team members Yianni Tsapatori on his Instagram page wherein he also mentioned that the team was celebrating the wrap up of a recent song.
For the uninitiated, Good News, produced by Karan Johar, is directed by Raj Mehta and revolves around surrogacy. Not too long ago, Kareena was spotted on the sets of the film sporting a baby bump and the pictures of the same had gone viral on the internet. It is expected to release on the big screens on September 6, 2019.
