The Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa: The Rise has been growing steadily but surely each day since its release. After opening to a good response from the audience with Rs. 3 cr coming in on Day 1, the business of the film saw an increase on its second day with Rs. 4 cr being registered. Interestingly. The Hindi version of the film that faces still competition from the Hollywood giant Spider-Man: No Way Home has been managing to hold its own at the box office.
On its third day running, Pushpa: The Rise continued to rise on Sunday as with Rs. 5 crores more being added to its overall tally. Given the fact that all that is happening now for the film is based on audience word of mouth, one expects the weekdays to sustain as well, and anything over Rs. 2.25 crores today would mean a good run ahead at the box office.
As for Pushpa: The Rise, whatever is coming from the Hindi version is an added bonus since it is made primarily for the Telugu audience and there it is doing great guns already. Meanwhile, fans of Allu Arjun are happy to have a dekko at their star in a Hindi dubbed version for the first time on the big screen and that has allowed the collections to reach Rs. 12 crores already.
