The Salman Khan starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan that released years back in India is all set to achieve yet another benchmark at the China box office. Released just six days ago in the Chinese market the Kabir Khan film has been doing rather well. Now, after raking in rather good collections over its opening week in this territory the business of the film is all set to breach the Rs. 100 cr mark at the China box office.
After collecting a massive USD 8.49 million [Rs. 55.16 cr] on its opening weekend in China the business of Bajrangi Bhaijaan continued to remain more or less stable through the week. In fact, the film managed to generate another USD 5.43 million [Rs. 35.28 cr] on the subsequent weekdays in its first week at the China box office. Now with USD 1.90 million [Rs. 12.34 cr] more coming in on Day 6 the total collections of Bajrangi Bhaijaan within the Chinese market are currently pegged at USD 14 million [Rs. 90.94 cr].
Given the fact, that Bajrangi Bhaijaan despite facing immense competition from other releases that hit screens simultaneously, has managed to retain the fourth spot on the daily highest grossers list the film is expected to continue to entice the audience. With the business of the film witnessing a stable growth pattern, the collections of Bajrangi Bhaijaan at the China box office are estimated to cross the Rs. 100 cr mark in the coming days.
