The Shraddha Kapoor – Aditya Roy Kapur starrer Ok Jaanu that kick started this year’s tally for big ticket Bollywood films turned copper at the box office. Directed by Shaad Ali the film which was said to be a remake of the popular and much loved Mani Ratnam film Ok Kanmani seems to have floundered miserably at the box office.
After opening on a rather disastrous note, Ok Jaanu failed to find takers among the audience, due to which overall collections of the film remained very low. Still struggling at the box office with a couple of theatres still screening the film in its sixth week Ok Jaanu has all but totally faded. In fact the film somehow managed to rake in a measly Rs. 1 lakh in its sixth week. As of now the total overall collections of the film stands at Rs. 23.64 cr.
