The Anees Bazmee directed film Mubarakan released a little over a week ago. After initially faltering at the box office the film saw its business grow over the opening weekend only to dip during the week. However, despite the slow pace of business the film has been doing reasonably well.
In this box office analysis we take a look at the collections of Mubarakan till date while comparing the same to Arjun Kapoor’s previous releases. Collecting Rs. 41.74 cr the film ranks as the actor’s sixth highest grosser. Leading the list are Arjun Kapoor’s previous releases like 2 States that collected Rs. 102.13 cr, Gunday that collected Rs. 78.60 cr, Half Girlfriend that collected Rs. 60.3 cr, Ki & Ka that collected Rs. 52.31 cr and Ishaqzaade that collected Rs. 45.73 cr.
On the other hand the collections of Mubarakan does manage to surpass some of Arjun’s other releases like Tevar that collected Rs. 39.26 cr, Finding Fanny that collected Rs. 35.91 cr and Aurangzeb that collected Rs. 22.35 cr.
