Shraddha Kapoor's Haseena Parkar hasn't really doing audiences in theatres. The film opened low, saw some improvement on Saturday and then dipped again on Sunday. Post that the numbers that came in were pretty low and as a result the first week collections are a mere Rs. 10 crore*.
The news going round the town is that the producers have made some money and that may be possible due to low costs involved. However what also matters is the fact that when you have an actress like Shraddha Kapoor coming on board, some footfalls are also warranted. That hasn't really happened with the film.
Of late Shraddha Kapoor has delivered duds in OK Jaanu and Rock On 2. Now Haseena Parkar collections are the kind that remind one of her first couple of films like Teen Patti and Luv La The End that has just not collected much at the Box Office.
