Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw had decent collections on Tuesday as Rs. 4.50 crores* came in. Monday numbers were Rs. 5.50 crores and ideally the collections needed to be closer to the Rs. 5 crores mark.
The film has collected Rs. 52.90 crores* so far and the first week billing seems to be headed towards the Rs. 60 crores total. Ideally, with the kind of start that the Hollywood action entertainer had taken and the jump that it had seen on Saturday warranted that it enjoys a much better hold.
One just hopes that the film doesn’t slide much on days to come as audiences have by and large been happy to visit theatres and this one is a big ticket affair. On the flip side, for upcoming release Jabariya Jodi the stage would be set for a good run in the opening weekend since it would be sans any major competition.
