The Anees Bazmee directorial Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, which was released last week on Friday, has been doing roaring business at the box office. After drawing in Rs. 14.11 cr. on Day 1, the business of the Kartik Aaryan – Kiara Advani starrer saw exponential growth on its opening weekend drawing in a Rs. 55.96 cr. Now, in its first week, the collections of the film have been more or less steady hovering around the Rs. 10 cr. mark daily. While the film continues to entice the audience, the business of the Bhushan Kumar – Murad Khetani production has managed to cross the Rs. 100 cr. mark at the worldwide box office within just five days of its release.
Collecting Rs. 90.8 cr. gross from the domestic makers where the film hit 3200 screens Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 saw a further Rs. 13.17 cr. coming in from the overseas markets from 629 screens. With this, the total worldwide collections of the film are currently pegged at Rs. 103.97 cr. If that was not enough, with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 continuing its theatrical run with little to no competition the business of the film is expected to see further growth as the week continues.
In fact, trade predictions state that Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 that has been maintaining a steady pace will cross the Rs. 100 cr nett mark at the domestic box office by the end of its first week.
